I am from Thailand. I did my undergraduate degree in Biology followed by master's degree in Molecular and Cellular Biosciences at Imperial College London. My research interests are in the interactions between plants and pathogens, particularly how pathogens manipulate host plants during infection. My current project is investigating a mechanism whereby Pseudomonas syringae secretes a small molecule inhibitor to suppress plant defence-related B-galactosidase enzyme in the apoplast during infection. Outside of the lab, I enjoy cooking and gardening.
